Marketing
We develop comprehensive marketing materials, including a Confidential Offering Memorandum and a one-page executive summary. We also develop a broad list of target buyers using our extensive contacts and databases of strategic and financial acquirers. We work with our M&A International, Inc. alliance partners to identify and approach the very best buyers for your business whether across town or across the world.
We begin the process of prospecting and qualifying client-approved potential buyers, and strategizing with the client to determine the most desirable deal structure and terms. We help the client evaluate various offers from buyers and represent the client's interest from initiation of negotiations, through due diligence and consummation of a transaction. In addition, we also take into consideration the most effective tax structure in selling a business by working with our clients' tax advisors. |
